This little place is a superb cafe with a very cozy and unique interior design--great ambiance overall.
Service: The place is run by either one or two people at a time, and each and every time their service, hospitality, and friendliness are above and beyond, even during very occupied occasions.
Beverage quality: The coffee is great and strong, and they have some other unique selections though I still have not tried them.
Cleanliness: This place is very clean, and the restroom is SPOTLESS and cozy!
I am conflicted in giving this glowing review, cause, I don't want more people flocking all the time so I can't get a seat! :p Good job Cafe SuSu team! -

Cafe Susu is hidden in the basement of the Suit Supply store on Newbury Street and it's such a cute little cafe!
The moment we walked in, the barista behind the bar greeted us with a huge smile and showed us the menus. We opted for the iced matcha latte, a hot matcha latte, banana bread, and an almond chocolate croissant. The hot matcha latte was served with a small cookie which complimented the drink. The almond chocolate croissant was flaky but lacked chocolate which was disappointing.
The barista was super friendly and the decor is beautiful! It's worth checking out for the drinks and grabbing a photo or two for instagram! -

I was so impressed with this cute and trendy little cafe. It's in the basement of Suit Supply which is just a fun use of extra space in their shop. There's this awesome, rich green, tropical print wallpaper, and lots of little tables and chairs to get some work done or just curl up with a good book.
You can also see into the workshop of Suit Supply where their team is tailoring suits. It was really cool to get to watch. They do not have a waitstaff, you order and pay at the bar, but the barista/bartender will bring your food or drinks to you.
The coffees are excellent and come with a little espresso shortbread cookie that I could have eaten 10 of. They serve beer & wine too. We asked about mimosas and although they don't have orange juice, the barista improvised and used blood orange San Pelligrino and they were delicious.
We split a turkey & apple sandwich and a chicken and pesto sandwich. Both were delicious, fresh, and flavorful. They're also huge so we were not able to finish them.
Prices were reasonable, especially for Newbury Street. I would absolutely come back for a coffee to go, or a quick lunch when I'm in the neighborhood. -

This is such a chic and lowkey place that is hard to find since it is located underneath suit supply. When you walk in, you'll be transported into a whole new environment that is small and cozy. My girlfriend and I ended up trying their La colombe lemon shandy, which was a perfect balance between coffee and fruitiness. The sandwich was also amazing due to the cranberry sauce and filled us up. I'm definitely coming back here when going on Newbury shopping trips!

Café SuSu is a hidden gem located on Newbury that should be on every coffee lover's radar. This café has the most lovely interior paired with wonderful staff members that will make your experience truly memorable.
I came by earlier today with my boyfriend for a quick bite and for some coffee. We ended up ordering the La Columbe Lemon Shandy along with a sandwich. Although the sandwich was delicious, the star of our meal was definitely our beverage. The Lemon Shandy tasted exactly like lemonade would but had prominent notes of cold brew which made it extremely unique and flavorful. I'd highly recommend this drink if it's on the menu (it seems as though they change up their menu frequently).
Overall, Café SuSu was a delightful experience and I can't waif to go back!
